Zeylix PMT is an internal application provided by Zeylix to its staff for managing projects, tasks, meetings and related work. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
Access is granted by a Zeylix administrator. There is no public sign-up. Your account is personal to you: do not share your password, and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell an administrator promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
- Use the application for Zeylix work, and in line with your obligations as a member of staff.
- Do not upload content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful. Company confidentiality obligations apply to what you put here exactly as they do elsewhere.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to others beyond what the application grants you, or to interfere with its operation or security.
Your content
Work you create in Zeylix PMT — projects, tasks, comments, documents, attachments — belongs to Zeylix as work product, and remains available to the business if your account is closed. Administrators can view the audit trail of changes made in the application.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and can be undone at any time from Settings. When connected, the application creates and updates calendar events for meetings you schedule here. Your use of Google’s own services remains subject to Google’s terms. What the application stores and how to disconnect is set out in the privacy policy.
Availability
The application is provided as-is, for internal use. It may be unavailable during maintenance or deployments, and features may change without notice. No uptime guarantee is offered, and to the extent permitted by law Zeylix is not liable for loss arising from use of the application. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending access
Zeylix may suspend or remove access at any time, including when someone leaves the company or misuses the application.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page will change with them. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept it.
